Anne-Marie is the firm’s Senior Associate. She specialises in employment law, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, including: drafting employment contracts, service agreements and policies; advising on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions; as well as having extensive experience of employment litigation, including Employment Tribunal actions. She has experience of general commercial litigation and has advised on High Court actions, including injunctive proceedings, and co-ordinates the provision of HR services to clients. Her clients include PLCs, UK subsidiaries of large multinationals and SMEs, as well as individual senior employees, invariably working for PLCs.

Career
Anne-Marie was admitted as a solicitor in 2003 and completed her training with a medium size commercial firm in Lincoln’s Inn. She joined Morgan Russell in 2004 and gives talks on employment law in the UK and abroad.

Personal Interests
In her spare time Anne-Marie enjoys snowboarding and holidaying in the French Alps.
