In order to be employed as a core team member or engaged as a consultant with Morgan Russell, lawyers must meet strict criteria.  This includes:- 

  1. An upper second law degree or above. (We do make exceptions to this but the lawyers must show high academic achievements and abilities by other evidence).
  2. A commitment to achieving the very best results for clients.
  3. A commitment to the Morgan Russell ethos.

Morgan Russell consultants tend to work flexible hours, which vary according to the needs of their client base and their personal situation.  Clients are provided with the consultant’s home office and mobile telephone numbers as well as the central Esher office telephone number.  The consultants make themselves available for work to meet the demands of their clients.  They work flexibly and very closely with their clients, always with the team ethos in mind and with appropriate support available centrally.  The consultants, the core Morgan Russell team of lawyers and the dedicated paralegal support staff based at Esher all work very closely together.
