Alison was admitted as a solicitor in 2001. Before joining Morgan Russell in 2004 she worked for a niche commercial firm in Surrey, gaining experience in employment law and a broad range of company commercial work, including intellectual property law. She continues to practice in those areas.
Alison is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.
