Paul Morgan LLB - Member

    Paul is a member partner of Morgan Russell, Solicitors. He qualified as a solicitor in 1971, having obtained his degree at King's College, London, and attended Guildford Law School. Paul specialises in company commercial law and international commercial law. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in immigration law, and is a member of the ILPA (Immigration Law Practitioners' Association). He is also a member of the Law Society. Paul's legal expertise is enhanced with the knowledge and experience he obtained when working as an in-house legal adviser and general manager for an international trading group. Paul was a partner for twenty-five years in a legal practice, where he initiated the co-ordination of a worldwide association of legal firms.

    Jeremy is a member partner of Morgan Russell, Solicitors. He qualified as a solicitor in 1980, having obtained his degree at Leicester University, and then attending Chester Law School. Jeremy was previously a partner for twelve years in a legal practice with branches in London and Surrey. Jeremy specialises in commercial law and is a member of the Law Society. He has extensive experience of commercial property law, having acted for numerous developers in complex land transactions. Jeremy is also an expert in advising both landlords and tenants in negotiation of their respective leases.

    Melanie is a member partner in Morgan Russell, Solicitors. She qualified as a solicitor in 1991, having obtained her degree at Brunel University, and attended Guildford Law School. Melanie heads Morgan Russell's Employment Department. Adept at understanding complex employment law and related commercial issues, she is also experienced in litigation. Melanie contributes to professional publications and runs external seminars. She is a member of the Industrial Law Society, the Employment Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

    Ben is a solicitor with Morgan Russell, Solicitors. He graduated from Thames Valley University with a Law degree in 1994, and worked as a paralegal in Buckinghamshire and the City of London before commencing training as a solicitor. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1998. Before joining Morgan Russell in 2000 Ben gained experience in several areas of law and now practises in company/commercial law and commercial litigation acting for a varied range of clients. Ben is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

    Alison graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Law degree in 1996, and from University College, London with a Masters in Intellectual Property Law in 1997. She completed her training with a medium-sized firm with offices in Norfolk and London, before being admitted as a solicitor in 2001. Before joining Morgan Russell in 2004, Alison worked for a niche commercial firm in Surrey, gaining experience in employment law and a broad range of company commercial work, including intellectual property law. She continues to practise in those areas. She is a member of The Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

Anne-Marie Pavitt LLB, LLM - Lawyer

    Anne-Marie graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol with a Law degree and from Nottingham University in 2000 with a Masters in International Commercial Law. She completed her training with a medium size commercial firm in Lincoln's Inn before being admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Anne-Marie practices in Employment Law and litigation at Morgan Russell and also co-ordinates the provision of HR services to clients. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

    Melanie Ruff has worked at Morgan Russell for four years. She qualified as a solicitor in 1982 having obtained her degree at Leeds University, and attended the Lancaster Gate branch of the College of Law in London. Melanie Ruff specialises in domestic conveyancing and wills. She is a member of the Law Society.

    Sara is a consultant solicitor with Morgan Russell Solicitors. She graduated from Kingston University with a law degree in 1995. Prior to commencing her training, Sara worked as a paralegal in the legal department of Marks and Spencer plc. Sara undertook her training at a medium sized city law firm and subsequently worked there in the Employment Law department. Sara practices in all aspects of employment law (contentious and non-contentious) and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

She completed her training in the Guildford office of a national commercial firm before being admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Debbie practises in company/commercial law and commercial property.
